How Payments Work

A payment of $865 is due at registration. That amount covers the registration, textbook, and media fees plus $400 toward the first month of tuition. From the second through the twenty-sixth month, tuition is $400 per month, payable two weeks before the beginning of each month. No transcript or diploma is issued until all fees have been paid in full.

You can pay securely online by card through Clover. The Payment page also offers set buttons for a monthly payment, the full enrollment amount, or a custom amount.

Financial Assistance

Because the program meets for a limited number of hours each week, it does not qualify for federal student loans or grants. Even so, many students do not pay entirely out of pocket. Assistance often comes through company tuition plans, the New York State employees' tuition reimbursement program, and a range of state and private workforce development and disability programs. We are happy to talk through which of these may fit your situation.
